Ah wait i think i figured out how to get all the text to appear correctly.. by setting the load order from highest to lowest they load in and the tooltips display on top of the icons below..(since all icons are on the desktop layer it is just a matter of load order) just got to remember to keep track on the load order for each new icon i add or if i rearrange them (since all icons are on the same position (on desktop) it is just a matter of load order for the tooltip text to overlap icons with lower load order)
