Also i found that the farest anchor i can use is in year 1601 is any reason for it?

The first 7 variables being 0 is just personal preference, I like variables to have a "neutral" initial value, and 0 fits that role, that's all.

In other words, it's simply the date from which Windows counts time (UNIX does it from 1970, by comparison):
