Ok, so I found out why the CPU bar is going way over the 100% mark:I thought the Min/Max value clamped it to a percentage, but not the case. When I bench mark the CPU it max's out at around 155.**! Wtf is that about? Using the "%" as you suggested hasn't fixed that issue.
