Looks like Calc is not working, same goes for LUA.
I dont see it these as a separate dll or as internal measure in my plug-ins screen either.
perhaps that makes sence why everything i tried comes back with errors or blanks

I have the latest version of rainmeter installed.

is there a place i can get the dll's?

I'm sorry, but not one bit of that makes sense. Calc measures (and Lua for that matter) are not separate dll files, but built into the core of Rainmeter. You really need to take a look at the example code I have provided to get you started, then spend some time with the Rainmeter manual at https://docs.rainmeter.net/manual/.
