It depends on the effect you’re looking for, however whatever it is, the way to go is an ActionTimer measure. Pretty much what you’re already doing to change its color, but you would change its x and y values on little random increments.
You can either use a math function or a more controlled calc measure using the Random formula to get a random value between given bounds.
